Our mission: to build a top incubator for the rising star
1.Development of tenants:
1) handle applications of potential tenants for entering the park; review and approve project applications; manage and allocate office premises;
2) offer “optimum scheme for corporate operation” to tenants by use of evaluation system for small- and medium-sized enterprises;
3) build “expert advisor pool”, analyze the growth of tenants, manage and support tenants to serve their needs;
4) build service system for enterprise administration; render services to tenants such as information consultancy, policies and regulations consultancy, training on entrepreneurship; assist tenants in market exploration; and promote projects;
5) create enterprise files and database of the Pioneer Park;
6) arrange domestic and overseas exhibitions and investigations for tenants.
2.Investment advisor
1) help and recommend incubatees to apply for supporting funds provided by state, municipal and district organizations;
2) help tenants acquire loans from financial sector by means of credit guarantee;
3) introduce venture capital by leveraging abundant resources in the Pioneer Park, and assist tenants in project financing;
4) render investment consulting service to tenants: investment advisor, financing advisor, IPO advisor, strategic consultation, administration consultation, financial PR, government PR, preparing “Business Plan” and design of investment and financing proposal, organizing symposium for experts, facilitating business negotiations.
3.Fiscal taxation
1) The Accounting Firm offers services such as auditing, accounting, evaluation, verification and consultation to tenants.
2) annual inspection.
3) training on advanced financial management.
4.Technical service
1) GMP workshop of biological engineering: boast of two pilot-scale experiment production lines including bacterial species preservation and microorganism fermentation, cell culture;
2) open lab for agricultural & biological technology: possess a complete range of devices and equipment including microorganism culture and purification system, bacteria identification system, real-time PCR detection system, gel image acquisition system etc.;
3) Medicine synthesis and pharmaceutical preparation lab: anaerobic test, low temperature test can be conducted and unit operations such as distillation, reflux, filtration, chromatography, rapid analysis can be carried out;
4) analysis and detection lab: a complete range of regular analysis devices can be used to conduct quality research on all kinds of Chinese medicines, synthetic medicines and all forms of prepared drugs;
5.Administrative management
Property management service
1) comprehensively manage the property of the Pioneer Park, and ensure to create sound office environment for tenants;
2) provide broadband network service for tenants; at present the accessible broadband is 100MB;
3) clean the public areas in the Park;
4) render commercial, catering service to tenants;
5) provide public facilities.
Human Resource Service
1) provide consulting service on human resource policies;
2) offer consulting services for tenants on establishing and improving social insurance system;
3) assist the tenants in recruiting employees.
Special services
1) set up post-doctoral work stations and render excellent services so as to promote conversion of technological results achieved by tenants;
2) establish vacation work base for MBA program of Tsinghua University, and render services to tenants;
3) organize kinds of activities of the club for returned overseas students and create good pioneering atmosphere in the Park;
4) provide special training service for tenants;
5) help children of returned overseas students enroll in attached schools of Tsingshua university ;
6) offer library card of Tsinghua University to returned overseas students in the Park;
7) introduce and coordinate various intermediate agencies, build intermediate service system, and provide all-around services.
Publicity
Publicize the incubatees, expand their influence and enhance their images by leveraging abundant resources of the Pioneer Park.
6.Business services
Deliver business services , special PR and advertising services and other services for tenants.
