Preferential Policies and services enjoyed by tenants are listed as follows:

Ⅰ. Tenants can enjoy preferential policies on income tax offered by Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park to new hi-tech companies.

Ⅱ.Returned overseas students can be exempted from the business tax with regard to the income earned by setting up businesses and being engaged in other work, technical transfer, technical development and related technical consultancy as well as technical services after approval by related departments.

Ⅲ. Preferential rent is offered to tenants that have leased a certain area of premises in the Park.

Ⅳ. The Park will assist the tenants in applying for the fund provided by the governments, and recommend enterprises for guarantee of small-sum credit loans.

Ⅴ. Render consulting service in respect of business establishment and incubation service to enterprises through the “expert commission” for “enterprise evaluation system” of The Overseas Students Pioneer Park, and recommend enterprises for fund support from financial institutions.

Ⅵ. Returned overseas students who establish businesses in Beijing enjoy the preferential policies formulated by Beijing Municipal government in respect of abode right, acquisition of permanent residence permit for their spouse and children, house purchase and their children’s enrollment in school.

Ⅶ. Render professional consulting service to returned overseas students in respect of establishment of start-ups, including that on relevant policies concerning start-ups founded by returned overseas students formulated by the state and Beijing Municipality, that on relevant policies concerning attracting talents（returned overseas students）, that on relevant preferential policies and management measures with regard to establishment of start-ups by returned overseas students in the Overseas Students Pioneer Park.

Ⅷ. Organize the tenants to attend project promotions, financing negotiations, various talent fairs, products exhibition and expositions and other activities on a regular basis; Stage free training and special lectures for tenants.

Ⅸ. Recommend reliable intermediate service agency to tenants.
