Located in the central area of Shangdi Information Industry Base, Haidian District of Beijing, Overseas Students Pioneer Park includes Zhongguancun Pioneer Building, Zhongguancun Development Building, Standard Workshops and Biological Medicine Park, covering an incubating area of 80000 m2.

The Park enjoys safe and comfortable office environment, excellent communications conditions, perfect facilities for common use and comprehensive service facilities.

The incubatees can receive all-encompassing services and supports from the Park in terms of investment and financing, administration consultancy and training, technical consultation, market promotion, project presentations etc.

In Oct. 1998, the Business Incubator was first accredited as the national business incubator;

In Jan. 2000, the Pioneer Park was listed by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission as Municipal New Hi-tech Industrial Incubator;

In Oct. 2000, the Pioneer Park was designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Education as the pilot park for development of national pioneer parks for overseas students;

In Sept. 2001, the Pioneer Park was credited as the National Advanced Incubator for New High-tech Zone by the Ministry of Science and Technology;

In Aug. 2004, the Business Incubator won the title of Excellent National New Hi-tech Business Incubator for the Year 2003.
